Our long distance love couple's jewellery sets are made especially for people whose love trancends distance. Each piece is cut into the shape of the country or region of your choice, with a heart cut out to represent where your heart belongs.
The pieces can be engraved and personalised however you wish, to make them truly special.
Each piece is made by hand in our London workshop. We use traditional tools and methods, and every step is carried out with great care and attention to ensure the highest quality product.
We can talk you through every step of the process, making sure everything will fit your desires and expectations.
We offer standard shipping worldwide for all of our products free of charge.
If you wish, there are options for upgrading to a tracked or expedited service. Otherwise, your order will be shipped either via First Class postage (for UK customers) or Royal Mail International Standard postage (for international customers).
Most of our jewellery pieces are made up and shipped within two of days of ordering. After that, how long depends entirely on the destination.
Orders within the UK normally arrive the next working day, European orders generally take 3 to 5 working days, and for the rest of the world, shipping time is usually 5 to 7 working days.
As soon as your order is shipped we'll let you know and give you any relevant tracking information. If your order doesn't arrive when it's expected please let us know and we'll work with you to find out what's happened, and if necessary send out a replacement.
Every item in our shop is handmade by Paul Dunn and Tom Heathcote. We have a small North London workshop where every step in the production process, from design to finished product, takes place.
There is one exception to this; we don't have the facilities for gold plating, so for gold-plated products we send finished sterling silver pieces to Elliot-Fitzpatrick for plating.
Usually, Paul handles the production of jewellery pieces, while Tom produces our larger homeware products. There can be a lot of crossover though, and we both have a significant role in the making of our more complex projects.
Whether you have an idea for a completely new custom commission, or you want a slight alteration to one of our existing products, we're happy to work with you to make the perfect piece, and we won't charge you for anything until we have a design you're completely satisfied with.

Feel free to be as vague or as specific as you like; whether you have an unrefined general idea or detailed diagrams we can work with you to turn them into reality.
We offer a free design consultation service, and we're happy to work with you until the design is absolutely perfect. We're always happy to revise designs to fit your desires and can offer suggestions to help you get it just right.
Once we have a finalised design ready to manufacture, we'll create a custom listing for you. As soon as payment is received we'll get the piece made up.
We can keep you informed at every stage of production - in the past, we've been asked for photos of the entire process as an accompaniment to a gift, and we're always glad to oblige with special requests like this.
Once the piece is finished you'll be sent photos for approval, and if there are any last minute changes you want we'll make sure the final piece is perfect for you.
We're proud of our custom order process - it's the foundation of our business and customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
We gladly accept returns and cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us within 6 hours of the order being placed.
To return an order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will give you instructions on how to ship it back to us. Once the returned item is received we will refund you. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that we do not offer returns on custom orders. We will send you photographs of the finished piece for approval, and we're always happy to make any changes or alterations at this stage. We can also provide as many photos as you wish, so you can make sure you get a clear picture of the piece.
Once the piece is approved we cannot issue a refund due to the unique nature of custom orders. If you are unhappy with a custom order when it arrives, please do let us know - we will always do everything we can to help.
