Shipping & Returns Policy
Please note that all of our pieces are made to order, and as such will ship within a few days of purchase. Our usual turnaround time for jewellery pieces is 1-3 working days, although some pieces take longer to make up than others. If a piece will take longer than this to ship it will be noted in the listing. If we cannot complete an order within the standard time you will be contacted as soon as we know there is an issue.
Custom orders will only be shipped once we receive confirmation that you are happy with the final piece, as we do not accept returns for custom orders.
Once an order ships, you will be notified by email, and you should expect the piece to be with you soon. Shipping time varies according to destination:
- United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- International: 5-7 business days
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and cancellations, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 6 hours of the order being placed.
To return an order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will give you instructions on how to ship it back to us. Once the returned item is received we will refund you. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that we do not offer returns on custom orders. We will send you photographs of the finished piece for approval, and we're always happy to make any changes or alterations at this stage. We can also provide as many photos as you wish, so you can make sure you get a clear picture of the piece.
Once the piece is approved we cannot issue a refund due to the unique nature of custom orders. If you are unhappy with a custom order when it arrives, please do let us know - we will always do everything we can to help.
